Suzi welcomes the poet Pele Cox to the Book Bag. Pele Cox was poet in residence at Tate Modern, the Royal Academy and the British School at Rome. As a tutor she has led writing retreats in Sicily and formed the Islington-based group Poets Upstairs. Her 2014 collection ‘The Mistress Account’ was featured in the Sunday Times and has been performed as a one-woman show. In this episode, she talks about meeting the artist Louise Bourgeois, working with Damian Lewis, and her ongoing film trilogy celebrating the lives of Romantic poets.
